Cessione Palermo, tutto fermo. Ma c'è chi scrive a Commisso

Il futuro societario del Palermo rimane un’incognita. Interessate al club, secondo quanto detto da Zamparini di recente, ci sarebbero delle cordate italiane, americane e svizzere. Ancora, però, nulla di concreto.

Nel frattempo un gruppo di tifosi scrive a Rocco Commisso, personaggio diventato famoso a livello mediatico nelle ultime settimane per aver manifestato interesse nei confronti del Milan.

Commisso è un miliardario e a capo della società televisiva via cavo MediaCom e della squadra di calcio Cosmos.

Ecco la lettera scritta dai gruppi di tifosi del Palermo, Palermo Capo e cuore della Sicilia, PSRN:

Al signor Rocco Commisso: Salve, chi Le scrive lo fa da parte di un gruppo di tifosi del Calcio Palermo che, seguendo le cronache sportive di questa estate 2018 ha appreso di Lei, attraverso le notizie di quello che è stato il tentativo di acquisizione del Calcio Milan. Con un certo ammirato stupore attraverso i media si è appreso molto di Lei, della sua storia di successo, della sua voglia di imporsi nello sport e dei suoi programmi, se avesse rilevato la proprietà del Milan. 

Leggendo, ci siamo posti una domanda: perché lottare per acquistare un club che nella storia del calcio ha già una sua importante storia di affermazioni? Cosa aggiungerebbe invece più prestigio e visibilità ad un ambizioso "imprenditore dello sport” se non costruire pagine nuove e gloriose nella storia del calcio, attraverso il lancio nella élite delle grandi di una squadra che non ha mai raggiunto tali livelli di grandezza ma possiede comunque un enorme potenziale di seguito e notorietà nel mondo?

La scelta di portare nel gotha del calcio che conta dei clubs buoni e con del reale potenziale, anche se al momento della loro acquisizione non ancora di primissima fascia. Clubs che prima del loro arrivo stagnavano in una costante mediocrità o al massimo normalità sportiva, condita solo da qualche sporadico acuto. Già Abramovich con il Chelsea e Al Kelaifi con il PSG hanno scelto questa via! Noi in tal senso Le parliamo e Le proponiamo il nostro Palermo. Un club che fino a 6/7 anni fa con l’attuale dirigenza, adesso in totale sbando e disimpegno, si era assestato tra le prime 5/6 forze del campionato italiano e mostrato attraverso la passione ed il seguito della sua gente, ovunque giocasse, il suo potenziale da grande club!

Nel 2011 per esempio abbiamo disputato la finale di Coppa Italia a Roma, contro l’Inter di Milano...la partita purtroppo l’abbiamo persa, ma sugli spalti dello stadio Olimpico c'erano circa 45.000 i tifosi rosanero giunti da ogni parte d'europa per cercare questa vittoria di prestigio. Un numero che ad oggi costituisce il record italiano numerico di tifosi in trasferta. Né Roma, né Milano, né Napoli hanno mai offerto un dato numerico più alto di sostenitori al seguito! Le citiamo questo esempio per trasmetterLe il messaggio che il Palermo nel calcio è potenzialmente “un gigante che dorme” in attesa che arrivi qualcuno come Lei, con la Sua voglia ed il suo potenziale. Un potenziale di ampia forza e sicurezza che potrebbe permetterLe di scrivere pagine inedite, entusiasmanti ed esaltanti, se solo considerasse concretamente la possibilità di vedere nel Palermo la realizzazione del Suo desiderio di entrare ed incidere nel calcio europeo che conta.

Le costerebbe molto meno che acquisire il Milan o qualsiasi altro club che ha già una storia di vittorie e trofei, ma le potrebbe dare una visibilità, una soddisfazione personale e la possibilità di mutare la geografia del calcio europeo, divenendo allo stesso tempo enorme punto di riferimento e simbolo di riscatto per tutto il calcio del sud, pieno di passione ma storicamente privo dei mezzi necessari per farla esplodere a pieno. Cosa ci sarebbe di più esaltante di portare l’ottava coppa della Champions al Milan? Lottare per vincere la prima a Palermo.

Lottare per un titolo, alzare la Coppa Italia! In sintesi arrivare, entrare nella leggenda cambiando davvero la storia di un club! Per favore, sogni con noi un progetto del genere sposando gli unici colori Rosanero!!! RingraziandoLa per l’attenzione che vorrà riservare a queste accorate righe, speriamo che almeno possa prendere in considerazione un progetto del genere.

Good morning,who writes is a delegate of a great group of Palermo football soccer supporters,who,looking at the sports coverage of this summer (2018),has known about you and your attempt to buy milan club
With a lot of admiring wonder , we’ve known by media many things about you,about your personal history of success,about your strong will to have success in the Italian football,and about your very great programs,if you had buyed milan club;

While we are going to read all of things,we had a question: why fighting to buy a club like milan,which already have an important story of sport success in the world? What would add to an important sport manager like you,about more prestige and visibility,if not the making of new glorious pages in the story of Italian football, by the launch in the Italian football elite,of a team which never got similar levels of success, but which already gets a huge prospective of supporters and fame in the world,expecially in U.S.A?

Chosing to get in the elite of the Italian football good clubs like Palermo,with real prospectives,even if at the moment in the minor category,this could be a great real bet
Yet abramovich with Chelsea,and Al Kealifi with PSG, or Manchester city,have taken this way
Beacause of that, we would offer to you our Palermo; a club which till 6-7 years ago,with the actual society(now in complete drifting and realease),was permanently among the uppest positions in “ seria A”
,a club which had shown ,by the passion ,the angry , and the following of its supporters, its huge potential of a big club
In 2011 , for exemple, we played Italian cup final,at rome,with inter milan club; we unfortunately lost,but in the bleachers of that great stadium “ l’Olimpico”,there were 45,000 supporters,who came from any part of Europe,to pull our team to the victory,which it would be a great sport triumph for us
That has rapresented, actually the Italian record of supporters in a game played away
Not naples,not milan,not rome,ever taked a so huge number of supporters in a game palyed away
We give you that exemple to make understand , and get the message that Palermo with the football,is a “ sleeping giant”, expecting the arrival of an important success manager like you with your passion and prospecitves
A potential of great force which could allow to you to write inedited and exciting pages,if only you would consider the prospect to see with Palermo your possibility to realize your dream to get in Italian and European football and to be among the greatest presidents

It would cost much less to you, than buying milan or other yet successful Italian or European club,but it could give to you a great personal gratification,and the possibility to change the geography of European soccer, becoming at the same time a great point of reference and symbol of all the Italian south social redemption; a south full of passion and football angry, but storically less of necessary abilities to make explode them
What could be more exciting than winning the eight champions league with milan?simple...fight to win the first in Palermo…fight to win a lot of titles in a great city in the middle of south who expects only this
